Why can't I post pic's???

I can't seem to be able to post images from my computer in my posts.... can someone help....I've got some cool pic's....I keep getting a message that says "You do not have permission to access this page." Apsychotic

probably havent been on here long enough

if you can host your own pics then insert the link they allow that otherwise once your allowed pic = < 80K
