Lol, I thought about that afterwards! Why not forego the whole frame rail patch panel kit then, and just build the whole thing out of "weld"?
Wouldn't that be even better?

Think of it within your own field of expertise Dave...Lol, I thought about that afterwards!
BTW, if you're tired in the first place, welding pretty only happens about every third spot weld. Whatever, they're good welds and I would have had to dress them anyhow even if I had @Hoytster himself in my garage welding for me! Don't mean to keep picking on you, but DAMN, you weld nice!
Today’s my birthday and our paint jobber said he’d take me to Red Lobster for lunch. I asked him how much I could spend, he said whatever. Sooooo......

Wish the jobber at our shop was that cool Dave, happy birthday!I went back to work after eating that monster up above. I painted the side of a Dart and struggled to bend over far enough to shoot the rocker panel.
Sooooo, full stomach, really hot and dressing welds do not go together.
I've got my big old butt sitting in my chair with my feet propped up, sipping on some decent whiskey. IN THE AIR CONDITIONING!
My plans are to eat a piece of chocolate cake and watch guy shows on TV.
No Booger tonight. Tomorrow though! I will finish the dressing of the welds and get the sway bar bracket welded on.
Then the weekend will be involved with my removing..................You'll see.
Let's say sunday, I'll let y'all know this coming sunday evening. I should be done by then.
