Personally, I think it's badass and wouldn't do much to try and solve it so long as tuning numbers looked good.

Interesting info! Thanks for sharing... I guess I can live with it as long as it is smooth and drive-able as you said.

It likes to lean out tad bit each time I upshift. I am sure it is all in the tune for now - tip in enrichment or stuff like that?

Like I said earlier, I didn't want to mess with the tune too much without any proper guidance to avoid messing it up any further. I am just dying to drive the car regularly :) It has been almost 2 years since I was able to drive her regularly and reliably.

I definitely have a filter that is too small.I am wondering what is the ideal size universal filter should I get? I only can tuck it under the fender unless I relocate the Meth tank. Is 9" universal filter going to be good? 9" K&N Air Filter on eBay

Edit: Isnt it better to have the filter mounted in the fender well anyway? considering it probably is tad bit cooler than the engine bay? Not sure about the flow though... I have not gotten around to installing the wheel plastic liners back in yet so I suppose that is going to give me some problems. I can always keep leave them off.

I know nothing about boosted applications but I figure there is a tps on the throttle body, mine had a bad spot between 1300 and 1800 rpms, when I checked it with a vom it would bounce to zero in that rpm area causing my low speed bucking.
just throw'n that out there.

I should check into it. I did have it properly set up at KOEO, but I should check it out while running, however, the bucking has stopped after new dizzy is in. And more than likely it is still partly from the tune as it keep leaning out as I upshift or sometimes it would start to lean a bit while driving around the neighborhood. We should get it dialed in eventually now that I have most of the kinks worked out.

Here is my lawnmower filter

It is 4.5 inches tall and 5 inches wide at the base. It looks like I could do 2" taller filter before it will hit the passenger front fender. Will 6" tall filter suffice or do I need to reroute my CAI?

Edit: this is probably the biggest one I could fit under the fender.. 6.7" Tall Spectre Filter Do I go for it or reroute the CAI to under the hood and run 9 inches tall filter?

Do you want me to fix the idle for you? It will only take me a few key strokes.... I dont want to step on Seans toes though so i have not offered.
That would be awesome if you can. I can keep tunes separate so we can see whats being worked on and whatnot. It is possible I have another underlying mechanical issue but I think I have addressed them all. I hope it is down to the tune at this point.

FYI Sean is a very cool guy - I am glad I got to meet him. I recall he called you when he was with me other day. Sorry I would call you if I had the ears haha, I am a deaf guy and American Sign Language is my main language and english is 2nd. Therefore I am limited to texting/messaging with you  In other words, you wont be stepping on anyone's toes, especially Sean's.

BTW, I finally caught wind of your build thread with the original side mount blower.... I :leghump:ing loved the thread and needless to say it blew my mind! Loved how creative you were and how far you have come considering you are a MS guru at this point. I was just reading about you contemplating the MS purchase and how you had the wedding in the way! :flame: I sold my 07 R6 Sport bike for the wedding so I know the feeling... I plan on continuing it in a bit probably will skip to the M112 blower page eventually considering it is 200 pages long! haha

10-4 let me work some magic when I get home and we will see if it helps.
