Made a cover to smooth behind the bumper that can either be welded or just bolted in place. Im welding this one. Also can be cut for a latch or left smooth for pins.

Front bumper sanded and primed again. Front core support mod blocked and primed and all fitting well.

He did. I don't recall all of the details but he sold it and is on to another project now. He's onto an old Ford half-ton. I should probably hit him up to post something about it in OT.
