Doubtful I would think the strut would just position itself to whatever level the spring is at when at rest?

If the strut is froze it can cause the issue. If they are stock now is a great time for some Koni's or similar replacements.

If you put weight on the car it moves. It doesn't seem to be froze he said. This is crazy lol. Im going to drive it some and see if anything changes. Will update soon. Thank you all so much for your help. And being patient with me!
