Lets talk mini-tubs.(Yes I did a search) I'd toying with the idea of 335's on back of my notch. I'm running 17x9 Saleen knockoff's currently. I'd like to go to a 17x12/13 or a 18x12/13. I already know that for wheels, just send the wheels to Weldcraft and letting them widen them. Will I be able to fit the 335 with just mini-tubbing? If so about how much am I looking? est? Haven't decided to keep the 17's or up to 18's. Not the big issue on hand anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Steve

Do you mind posting a few pics of your car. Reason I ask, is that have a black notch, and I like the Saleens, but DO NOT want 18's because of tires prices. I would like to see how the 17's look. I know when an original wheels is an 18, and when they down size it to 17, it looks different. I was just curious how those look, since I have a black notch too.

On your 335's...There was a post on www.modularfords.com and I just spent 30 minutes looking for it. But this guy put 345's on his 93 Cobra, but I don't remember if he did mini-tubs. I would say 315's max on a 10 inch wheel, and you still need to remove quads, and beat the crap out of the well. Pony R's would be the best wheel since he has the correct offset and backspacing to fit your fox.

I think you can fit 335's with mini tubs. You WILL have to have the backspacing perfect though.

CE coil overs:

CE springs for the coil overs:

I am planning on making my own tubs, but TeamZ, wolfe, and others make them prefit for about $150. You can also get a coil over setup from the same companys that already has the mounting brackets for a Stang... But the kits are well over $600.

When you mini tub you will see where you can notch the frame rail to gain even more clearance. I would do this, and add supports.

Ive seen 315's on Notch but it must be dumps. You have to take off the quad shocks. There has to be so bending and a little bit of cutting. I would say a few hours of work. But its worth it.
