Cheap is out when it comes to the drivetrain. This is going to piss mike off but I just need to say it....
For the kind of money you're putting into this v6, you know you could have just found a good explorer motor, thrown a cam in it and put a used v3 kit on it and exceeded those power goals for less hassle and money right? I know it wouldn't be "unique" but I thought a big reason why you were going the v6 route was cause you could get the tbird motor running cheap, instead of just being "unique for unique's sake".
When this was initially intended to be my son’s car, cheap was written all over it. Lol.
It’s my car now. I don’t mind doing cheap on fixing taillights and sht like that. They can be fixed, so why not fix them?
At 55, I’m not going to have a huge amount more opportunities to do what I want to do (especially if my wife finds out).
The sc engine really is to keep me from going fruit loops with this fairly rare car. I have a tendency to not know when to stop.
This engine has limits, just what I needed. Plus it is kind of fun doing something a little different.
I think he said he wants to see your sexy privates....
