Are low-mile (36,000+/-) E7 heads worth anything more than scrap value? I "sold" a set with 100,000 miles on them for a case of Corona. I was thinking I might keep them for a future project, but if I could get a few ducats for them, it would help finance my current one.

Opinions?

I wouldnt think so, but thats just me spit balling here. Heads seem to be one of those things that once removed get upgraded.

Short of a few individuals, most people wouldn't want to put any time, effort, or money into an E7. If you get anything for them, your probably doing alright.

In 25 years maybe the factory stock guys will be hot and heavy for a low mileage set. Right now, not so much.

I've get a set of E7's on the side of my house. If anyone is local come get them free.

Some practice porting or if you want to return a car back to stock. Other than that take whatever you get offered for them.

Pacific Engine in Covina has many sets, some fully ported, chevy valves, dart springs etc. Think he said he wanted $300-$400 for them.
