Cylinder head qustion

I'm building a new engine this winter and I am trying to figure out the best way to go with the combo. I am thinking about a 351 set up right now and am curious about the AFR heads. Anyway, when do AFR 185's become restrictive and the 205's become optimal?

i would just go with a set of 205s from the start.

185's should be fine. You can always port them if you decide to go bigger or you can opt for the 205 if your gonna go to a 408 or bigger setup in the near future.

I'd also suggest the 205's from the get go, if your going large cube stroker go 225.

Of course it depends on what you're doing with the setup but for the most part I'm with Rick!
