Haven't really done anything on my junk. Been trying to clean up the garage and get more organized and more space. BUT, I did go help my brother over in Arkansas on the 55 Buick tube chassis. We got started drag racing a 83 Regal with a methanol injected 455 Buick. Heavy ass pig....3650 with me in it and would run 10 flat. Still have the shortblock, but way back then in the 90s at the GS Nationals we walked thru the flea market and bought a 520 (or 528) stroker kit. So building that. Over the past 30 years, somehow lost the TA Aluminum heads, but my brother has too much time on his hands in Heber Springs. So he has spend hours welding up the intake and exhaust ports. He's gotten started on a sheet aluminum intake and had some exhaust flanges made. Shooting for 800+ NA HP. And yes, this is a mild steel chassis. I'll be driving and both of us really didn't see the need to go faster than 7.50. Maybe if we hit that right off the bat, we will wish for Cromoly.

And don't think you can go copying the 15x4 Centerline seat.
