Hooker LT`s????

Honestly, not many members have used them. I don't know why. Once installed you can drop the tranny w/o taking them off. Maybe the price? I know Kooks makes headers that does the same thing. The few I have heard of that installed these 2 brands did not have problems but I cannot answer your question about the x-pipe.

Do the hooker headers from LMP come with a matching X-Pipe???? http://www.lmperformance.com/3566/50.html
Did you read the ad? As it states, "Pictured With Available X-Pipe". So, in case you are still confused, that $715.95 price does not include the matching X-Pipe.

Choosing headers based on trans access is like saying you don't want a supercharger as it makes it harder to get to the fuel rails. It's just assinine.

How often do you change your clutch or pull the trans? If it's more than once every 50,000 miles and you don't race, you need to take your mod money and take driving lessons.

Trans access with other headers works out to about an hour.

That's our install of the Hooker's and after using most brands out there, I'd recommend almost anything else except MAC before Hooker. Not that they are bad, there's just a few better ones and no reason to do things like run the steering shaft through the center of the primary tubes like Hooker does. Poor design is more important than that one hour every few years.

I race the stang about every weekend.. So just incase I burn the clutch I dont want it to be a pain in the ass to find a shop willing to remove the header so swap a clutch.. Aslo the only remove one side right??
