i'm looking for a mustang tuner in portland

i have been sitting on a project for around 6 years, or rather my mechanic has. i bought 99 percent of the parts and the car is still sitting in peices. it needs to be built. a lot of work. I'm currently in wyoming but i plan a move to portland oregon in the next year. I'd like to haul the car up there to a notable tuner to get it under way. It does me no good sitting in peices here. my mechanic after throwing the suspension on the car never touched it again and now recently he high tailed it and didn't even tell me he was selling his business and leaving. anyway long story short i feel like an idiot for hoping he'd help me build this car for this long and now i'm dead set on getting it finnished. it is a 91 hatch which was originally a 4 cyl. but now has a 347 with afr 205's and a kennebell 2200.
