If you go with 24's, when you get to the next step on the car, you will have to buy injectors AGAIN. That's why you should buy bigger injectors in the first place. If your mass air meter is calibrated to the injectors, they should work fine, but with any of the H/C/I combinations, a dyno chip tune would be a good idea, and a competent tuner can make the car run very well with big injectors.
Having said all of that, I am not the biggest fan of the C&L MAF setup. In my experience, these meters get less stable as the injector size increases, and especially when used with a supercharger. If it doesn't run right with big injectors, and you are using one of these meters, try a different brand and I bet it will clean up.
