Yeah I wasn't meaning it as a necessity- more as a "Want"...

Jeff depends on what your looking to do, a full auto IMO will be faster then you can manually shift it...i tried my best with my Manual VB always scared me i was going to hit the rev limiter i did also have a reverse Manual VB C4 in there for awhile too..i really didnt like the manual VB but its just my opinion... in my SRT i just had them remap the TCM for higher shift points and they can lock up the convertor in 2nd gear VS 3rd from the factory because im going with a bigger stall convertor over stock..plus they got rid of torque management...wish our Foxbodies had this option to do...newer cars do have some nice features...lol...Im sure you'll do that right thing...so far you have you seem to be very smart and do your research..Good luck Pal....

Oh if im not mistaken they make a full manual VB and full auto so you can have it both ways...i think lentech makes one that way...

I've been to New York in July. If I lived up there none of my hobby cars would have AC. The weather up there is the stuff dreams are made of. In the summer, anyway.

I may buy a little house up there in up state for summers when I retire. Either there or Washington state.

I think you're just used to the southern weather! NY gets it's share of hot and humid weather. My car has working AC but I hardly use it unless I'm stuck in traffic. Then, in winter the salty roads...

Maybe. 80-90% humidity @ 105F sucks. I wouldn't exactly say NY/NJ gets hot.. Lol.

Ouch that's pretty bad, figured it might be dryer. Ok I'll be quiet and deal with the salt

I saw Arizona was 95 degrees at sunrise this morning! Yeah, southern humidity sucks, but so does 3 foot of snow every winter.

He always talked about how much he disliked it, I was always kind of hoping he was just talk though lol He grew up in a desert up here so I can see why the rain bugged him so much. Sure it gets annoying in the winter but I've lived here my whole life so I miss him, he's a good friend.

Yeah he is. I visited him a few days last summer and he's definitely in love with it. Much different climate than here of course, I'd have a hard time adjusting.

Sorry for derailment Jeff, thought this was DA lol
