Wow... Late to the party here, sorry.
Glad it was the heater hose and not the studs. The 340 pump is fine without the trex so no worries there. A/f seems good from what you say. Fwiw I have pulled one stud at a time to seal them and never had issues

Were all good on the studs thank god . I'm gonna pull the intake maybe tomorrow an re do the gaskets fix oil leak , put a 160 stat in and order a radiator for it

thanks guys . deffinitley gonna order a rad it runs warm at a like like 200 or so and then 186 to 192 driving I am sure the rad will fix that
