This build will start out slow with some small changes along the way hoping to eventually get a little crazy with it down the road. Bought this 1992 LX 5.0 w/5 speed sunroof car with some mods on it already. from what I've been told by PO and found on it so far is

-4.10 gears
-Ford racing valve covers
-MSD Blaster coil
-pro5.0 tower of power shift kit
-UPR trick shift stick
-aluminum driveshaft
-Ford Racing shorty headers
-bbk catted h pipe-CHANGED to Bassani offroad X-pipe
-flowmaster american thunder cat back
-Eibach lowering springs
-led smoked tails
-smoked headlights and corners
-CAI in fender, not sure of brand
-Cobra upper and lower intake manifold
-75mm Accufab throttle body
-under drive pulley kit, I know take that crap off
-PA performance alternator
-autometer gauges
-rear control arms, unsure of brand
-sub-frame connectors, unsure of brand
-Saleen replica wheels, 4 lugs
-Its been repainted at some point. decent job, not bad but not perfect.
-Cobra front grille
-134A AC conversion

plans are to get the car straightened out. it needs some TLC and brought up to my standards. once thats done it will be time for some go fast parts.

ADDED
-Maximum motorsports caster/camber plates
-i recently scored a deal on a black painted cobra R hood and installed it. also replaced a faulty ignition switch and fixed some other little issues.
-70mm MAF
-SVE in the fender CAI
-sun roof gasket
-hatch gasket
-Ford Racing Harmonic balancer
-Bassani off road X-pipe
-Procar by Scat Sport seats
-Cup holders in center console
-LED dash/cluster bulbs
-Carbon traction Lok discs
-Ford Racing diff cover
-4 gauge power wire upgrade
-stock pulleys back on
-new pinion flange
-rear got all new bearings, races, and seals

on to some pics
the day i brought her home

Wait... so which car are we talking about... The t-top or the black car?

Both are very nice cars btw (LED pet-peeve not withstanding).

I'm digging the truck too. Something along those line will be my next major purchase.

Thanks. Yes it's pretty much rust free. All the main areas are rust free and just a little surface rust here and there. Nothing a little sanding and undercoating can't fix.

If you have them already, my only recommendation would be to try em for a week and then see which grabs you the most.

Snap pics during the day and night too, so you can look back and forth.

Yes good idea. Was thinking of doing the same. Gotta buy some bulbs first tho. Not in a rush to do that yet tho.

I can see why someone wouldn't like the LED lights as the car is old school American muscle with new school China lights lol.

Two thumbs up for black hatches That also happens to be my favorite year!

If you like the LEDs enough, make me a deal on the Cobra rears.

Thanks

I'll probably hang on to the cobra tails in case the LED boards ever crap out.

cant wait for the weekend!! Maximum Motorsports caster/camber plates, rack limiters, Bassani offroad X-pipe and some hardware showed up today from LMR. used the hardware i needed, then the CC plates, rack limiters, and X-pipe all go on this weekend hopefully.

any install tips for the CC plates or the rack limiters or even the mid pipe?

also trying to figure out which PA performance alternator i have. anyone know where i can find a part number on these?
