How much do you charge for this service? Or is there a classifieds forum section for services I should be asking that in? Apologies in advance.

Seems like a solid car...almost a shame to cut it up. Looking good though.

The windshield frame is trimmed out ,no rust , just a good wire wheeling and primer . The back end will take some time to trim out ,that sound deadened is a night mare to remove where i have to weld

And people wonder why I am so anti sound deadener....it is just a nightmare anytime you ever have to work on a car, and it does a great job of hiding rust and trapping moisture.

The only way i can get it off is cut it in one inch strips and pull each piece ,it is really stuck down

One trick you can use is dry ice(not sure if you can get it cold enough with regular ice, but dry ice leaves no moisture). If you freeze it, it often becomes somewhat brittle, making it easier to remove if its the sticky type(only worth doing if its the sticky type though, which is going to depend a lot on brand and age)

Not a fan of sound deadening... due to the sticky residue and hassle of handling the material.

Driver side trimmed out very nice ,passenger side had damage . The fender had been replaced long ago and they trimmed away the wheel lip flange and brazed it all together . Outer wheel house had been smashed in and they did a bad job pulling it out so the only thing to do was replace it .

Yes ,looks like they took a sludge hammer to it ,the replacement quarter was a red oxide primer quarter so it had to be a long time ago

Glad you took care of it. Good piece of mind knowing it’s been fixed properly
