Hrmm...this is getting me pretty agitated ! It seems that in the lower rpms i have a big drop in power. I used to be able to spin the tires from a dead stop (aode) by just punching it, now I cant even do it with the wheels turned a little bit. What gives? I did a tune up (wires, cap, rotor, plugs) The next thing I was going to try and do is clean the MAF. Is it on the throttle body held on by two philips? Any suggestions? Firing order is right..all the cylinders are firing...grr.

Sometimes it even wants to stall in the lower r's. It's really struggling. SHould I pull codes? No CEL.

Definitely pull the codes. I ran mine and found both my O2's were fried and then I found out my PCV wasn't even in the block. After I slammed new O2's in and reseated the PCV the car woke right back up. Long story short, the codes are usually the best place to start.

I would say your on the right path...clean all the normal stuff...pull codes, check timing, check tranny fluid. how many miles on the car...might wanna think about a nice converter
