Orlando, Fl
at night time is really the only time I notice it...but there's a somewhat substantial amount of smoke that comes out the tail pipes when I'm at a light or something...the cars headlights behind is usually how I notice. I can't really notice it in the day time. Also this is Florida where the humidity is retarded high.

To describe it...it looks more like a little bit thicker steam - clearish white.

I've always felt I'm running a little rich, and don't know if the previous flashed any tunes on it or not, but what do you think the culprit is...

Sounds like you are running a tad rich. This is not nessesarly a bad thing if you are racing your car at high rpm. Way too much fuel can wash the cylinder walls and damage the engine. If you are concerened enough about it, take it to a shop and have it tuned and dynoed.
