t-5 identification..quick help needed

Ok my new, used, t-5 just arrived today but I check on the tag and it read 1352-065. this site http://www.5speeds.com/t5/ says it out of an 84 mustang. I bought it as out of a 92 mustang...wanting the 300 hp rating. Tell me I'm looking at something wrong or leaving something out?

The number you give doesn't even show on it. I'm using a '92 Mustang T5 and it's number is 1352-208, as the chart shows.
You might want to have a chat with the guy you purchased the T5 from.

yeah, I looked on that one and couldn't find it. I figure I'm pretty well screwed. I mean I paid 350 shipped for this but it was still listed as a t-5 out of a 92 gt.

Is the number you're quoting coming from the metal tag bolted to the trans or is it cast into the trans itself?
