There are a ton of rules where I live like no work trucks with signs on it, no parking in the street after 9PM and the list goes on. I know the Home Owners Association people and all the security people in the area. It's not an issue.

5.0-I'm kidding, Homowners Assoc. can't do anything. I was working in my house. Only rolled over into the driveway for a couple of minutes.

swingline-with the motor in it will be a pain. If you have an engine lift you will need to set it up. Dangle that puppy in mid air and then install the front suspension.

I've got one but I just didn't feel like messing under the hood until I got all my "goodies".
