what should I be running with my car in the 1/4?

it is a 87 5.0 sedan AOD

Its stock and around 120K

msd coil....fuel regulator....ford racing headers....H-pipe with two high flow cats.....flowmaster 40's.....3.55 out back.


stock motor and aod

running 10degrees base and shift 1st then drive with no spinning

in the 1/8th without 3.55 and msd and regulator it was 10.6

car weighs 3400 with me

has cage and subframes for extra weight

Alot more than people realize

Adding a TQ Converter with a nasty stall and a decent shift kit will bring out the little monster the car should be. Of course, don't expect to have wheelie standing performance or anything, but there WILL be a significant improvement.

A 10.6 in the 1/8th would be a mid 16 1/4 mile time.
