Help!! Just rescued a 1993 Cobra from under a carport (see website link below.) The only modification is 3.73's vs. the original 3.08 gears. Supposedly they were installed when the car had only 8,000 miles on the clock.

Can someone tell me what the mileage difference is between the two gears?

Also need the right side rocker molding? Know where a wrecked Cobra is setting?

See Website: http://propertiesplus.com/1993 Cobra.htm :D

Thanks for the info, was $3,800 too much for the Cobra?

Thanks for the info on the spedo gears!

Was $3,800 too much to pay for the cobra? :D

Just changed out the AC clutch and it blows ice cold. Also stopped by a Vette shop and picked up two perfect (er used) ZR's for the front. Now just need the right side rocker molding.

Had no idea what it was worth.

Had no real idea what the Cobra was worth. Always been a mustang fan and almost flipped when I saw it setting under the carport. At first I thought it was a fake.

Is that thing really worth 8? With gas prices it's now the daily driver.

Should I take off the smog, airbox and mufflers or keep it stone stock?

Yea, it would be nice if we could get some discussion but it might be kind of hard to w/ the 3.08 vs. 3.73 thread title?

I like the 3.73's. Keeps somewhat of a sniper pose. It's just so virgin that I hate to really pop the cherry. (although the stock stero stinks!)

BTW, nice notch! Like the sinister black look! Have you ran it down the quarter?
