i checked codes and pulledCheck for codes. Even with no check engine light you probably have some codes showing up that may help you find the culprit.

yeah now the car starts right up like a champ but now when im sitting still ( havent driven yet ) it wont rev past 2500 i dont understand ?So are there any other pressing issues a genus like me can help you with? i give great advice on 'why my tires are round' and 'world peace' .

yes the spout was removed and it was at about 9/10 and plugged it back in and its at 10/11 now with spout injust to verify you did remove the spout when you set the timing yes
