How does the cobra Intake (lwr and upr) stand up to the big boys

Since you have a car that will be on the street and probably never go to the track I'd stick with the GT40\cobra\explorer series intake or an Edelbrock, no need to go larger as you'll lose some low end which is vital on the street. All of the articles and shoot outs I've seen show the GT40 series intakes are great on the street and hang with the "big boys" on a 302.

If ur using the stock heads i would stick with the cobra, if getting bigger heads then save for the holley/trickflow. BTW i got my GT40 upper and lower with 65mm throttle body and egr spacer and 1/2 inch phenolic spacer for $250 bucks :)

i didn't buy a pre-fixed setup like the tfs or the holley, i wanted the look that i wanted, so i decided the polished cobra intake was the best looking one, so i got that, than the edelbrock al RPM heads, n a E cam - if you are not doing a show car and you want it to go as fast as possible, i'd pick a package instead of part by part, because those packages are DESIGNED to work with eachother -
