Does it have to be a hard metal/aluminum line into the valve cover?

Does it have to be ? No is the short answer . Long answer is yes . It looks good , setup for it and both sides have to match .

There is no better stress relief then a sub 600 hp street car . And the catch can must be doing its job. Drove car for a bit got on it some and no oil but some dribbles of moisture from the drain which is cool I'm happy .

Weird . Start the car today and it was acting like it had a vac hose off I was stumped . Check everything out its fine . I check the tps and it was going a little out of whack again . Play with the connectors and its fine car idles up and runs mint .

I have some decisions to make over the winter whether I am gonna replace with a stock harness or go to something like a fast xfi .

Next thing is the chassis guy is finally ready so next Friday this baby goes for the through the floor connectors . To say I'm stoked to finally be doing it is an understatement .

Have you looked into the Holley system? It would be my choice but I've only slightly looked into the standalone systems.

I have but I know kris prefers the fast personally . I know the Holley is awesome but I am loyal with certain things so if that's his thing I'm on board with it , I like the data logging capability and all that stuff with the fast seems easy enough

A cage ? I thought you had to have a low a 11 high 10 sec car for one of those ? I'm just a streeter trying to keep up with you big boys . Besides aren't all the cool kids getting thrown off the track these days?

Or was that only 1998 when my cousins uncles brother was going that fast in his gt ?..... ROFL @84Ttop

Your car has the power for that right now. And I haven't looked at the rules in a long time but isn't it a certain ET and/or mph? I know sub 11.00's will get you kicked.

I know I'm breaking nicks balls - he was threatened to be thrown off the track for going 10s in his 15 Saturday but the guy next to him who added a blower on his 15 wasn't said anything too . On top of nick bringing two cars and paying for extra prep for one car . We got a chuckle out of it

Some tracks aren't as strict on that number. I know 11.50 is the "number" but I've seen a few low 11 sec "drivers" that don't run one. There is a Cadillac around here that runs 11.10-11.20's that I don't think the local track said anything to. Yet I saw a 10.80 69' Camaro get kicked. Now that particular car was trailered and running slicks and the caddy just drove in and ran those numbers multiple times.

If it was a factory supercharged car ctsv then they are good to a lot faster per the new rules
