I'm sitting here unable to do anything...Can't go anywhere because we're trapped.

I can do the following:

I could wetsand the rest of the car.
But I got no compound to buff it.

I could build the other side plate for the dash.
But that means I'm cutting, grinding and welding in the same room that the car is in.

I could attempt to find out why one of my dedicated outputs went dead, and try to re-enable it to cycle the water pump on/off so I can control the fact that my engine gets colder as it runs when air is moving through the radiator.
But that may be something that turns out to be unnecessary when it gets warmer, effectively meaning that the W/P stays on all the time anyway ultimately meaning that I wasted my time.

I could clean the garage.......

Take a note from my playbook Mike, get one of those big ice cubes, put it in a glass and pour a little Bookers over it. Drink the first one quickly, pour one more and sip slowly, then, and ONLY THEN, will your path for today's activities become clear to you.

Let's just say a type of Nirvana then. I'm working on my car (kind of), sipping a good beer, and no one is bothering me with what they want me to do yet.

Just a regular AM here in MA getting stuff done. Uhauls suck in the snow btw.

Finally home. Gonna sit on my butt and watch it come down. Snowblower ready to go in the garage. Winter can be peaceful at times.

Mustang, motorcycle and wife's car in the garage. This guy doesn't fit.

Expecting 8-10" or so here

We got the 8 inches of fluffy snow and -14 temps. I am so glad this part of NE did not get the 50 mph sustained winds that were first forecast. It would have made wicked drifts across KS into OK.

The snow "panic" actually hit my phone yesterday. The weather channel app sends me a storm warning alert. I click it open and....yep expecting <1"! Really?? 1". This is a needed weather alert in northern Illinois in January?? Fockers must be from Birmingham who run that app lol.

What is this all about? 1/2 inch closes city? I grew up in the 70's in Chicago and schools were closed when there was a storm, well beneath 18 inches. Certainly not 1/2.

Half an inch was all it took to produce a trump. Hang on to your seats.

I just want you to know that I took your advice Dave..Only it took me about 10 hours to apply it. Right now I.m sitting here 3 Jameson Blacks +Dinner behind me,..the wife and I listening to Buddy guy,...(that just change to Disturbed). We had no where to go,...so we did some trim painting... (nothing that killed us) it was a good day. Now,...balancing the irish whiskey with the music, and the water (gotta have the water), so that the "good day" doesn't turn into a bad night/early morning.

Tomorrow is a Monster day if I can get out of this house.

Uhhh yeah. We've had a mild winter so far(snow wise). We have had about 12-15" so far and most of it has melted away over the holidays. Usually see a storm produce that much by itself by now. Actually been very dry here for a few months(compared to normal). Just been cold(highs in single digits) but even that is normal. Here's my work snow removal tool lol. 980 caterpillar end loader

Wth now every pic I post is messed up...never had problems with my iPhone before(until lately).
