S/C + Nitrous Question

I have a friend that just bought the new style Saleen blower and he called diablo about geting a chip and they told him that his engine would handle 13psi of boost and a 75shot of Nitrous. I really don't think this is safe but what do you guys think about it?

If he's got forged internals, then he would be safe but why the hell would you want to spray nitrous and run a supercharger ? Why wouldn't you just up the psi or just run straight nitro ?

atz what i said.. he has nitrous on it and he just always wanted to be able to spray with a S/C on there.. he is runnin stock bottom in and they told him that it would be safe.. but I call BS on that but he seems to not care to much so he is gonna do it!

13lbs of eaton boost PLUS a 75 shot? Anyone who would try that on a stock bottom end DESERVES to blow up their engine. That combo will easily push 550-600rwtq . . . even if it could be tuned detonation free, that kind of torque would snap your rods like twigs. I wouldn’t try it.
