the clecos were just to hold it while the panel bond sets up. i might just re-rivet it and drill them out again.

when i was welding up the holes on the strut tower when i got near the top even as low as 10amp the factory sheet metal would melt away faster than i could shove filler rod in it. so i was chasing the holes it was blowing in it. ended up just saying screw it cut it out and had a friend come and mig weld it in.
