Started cleaning out the interior today. This factory carpet is in extremely good condition. I guess that's what 62k miles will do.

started cleaning up the engine bay a little too.

If I found such a deal like that I would have bought it in a heartbeat and that would be my nice, sunny day cruiser to work. I'd just leave it stock and reliable

I'm leaving it stock. I have two very modified foxbodies already. This will be a fun runaround car. My wife ....the one who was mad.....I'm sure will have the keys to this very soon.

You need tires with more sidewall.

A little ballooning goes a long way.

Is that door jamb edge beat up in that second to last pic? Regardless, I am so jealous of you with that car. I am partial to the early SN's, and that car is cleeeean.

I agree with Mike. Maybe a k&n and some good sounding exhaust if it already doesn’t have it. Then, maybe some gears, then.....

Just joking, but, yeah.... Don’t go down that road. Little things to make it just a little more fun to drive.

Yep. Those are the dents I mentioned near the beginning of the thread. I am going to try one of those paintless dent removal places. I doubt they can work them out but worth a try.

Yeah, I know. Those are 18" Saleen "style" rims. I'm going to run those tires for now. Can't start spending money on it (yet)......

If you have a garage queen, and you take it to the drag races..does it become a drag queen?

Almost done with the clutch. It was pretty bad!

And the throwout bearing was absolute garbage.

Tomorrow I will install the new cable and firewall adjuster with quadrant. Then exhaust and I'm done. Almost there...
