Looks beefy, pretty nice upgrade. How often do you adjust the upper arms? Like changes for track days-or is it a set em and forget em deal?

Once the pinion angle is set , unless I go back to a manual or go to a 28 inch tire I’ll set it and not touch it . The doubles make it much easier then the single adjustable

Had a good time today cruising the car . Got some more data . I tightened the belt up and saw 14.8 psi at like 6200 today . Felt good to have the csr feel like it was making a little power . Then took it 20 minutes each way to pick up dinner a few hours later

speedo is slightly off this was actually 80 mph according to my gps

Kind of a random question but what LED tail light bulbs are you running? I've tried a many different pairs with the lx smoked clears and non seem to be as bright as they should be. I had a pair from some ebay store years back that worked great but ever since that pair died recently nothing else seems to come close. Tossed some red colored standard bulbs in it for now and they look pink so

I have been putting together a listing for a new fuel system that is going to focused around the 03-04 cobra baffled gas tank. I am trying to figure out the best fuel filter, lines, regulator, fuel rail combo. I was looking through your thread, but was curious if you have a breakdown of these parts. Trying to make sure that I buy parts that are rated for now and into the future. Tired of buying parts twice.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

To the best of my knowledge after using and trying all different stuff this is what i like. Some stuff may seem like over kill but in my opinion its the best from mild to wild.

Fuel Rails- Behind Bars Race Cars ( hands down the best and will support some big power )

Lines and fittings - I used to love the aeroquip stuff for fittings but personally I changed just about everything over to Vibrant now. I like the way the fitting assemble they are very easy . The line is e85 safe as well as the fittings if you ever decided to run it . You can get it in black woven , Black with red woven , or black with blue woven or the steel braid.

Regulator- I have used the aeromotive but i am big on the weldon stuff honestly . The difference in your hand is night and day and it will flow WAY more . A2040-281-A-120 is the p/n . Its good for 110 psi base . So on a boosted car you know that at 60 psi of fuel pressure flow nor pressure is an issue an issue while in boost. Its all 10 orb fittings in and out which is nice . You can always reduce for your returns from the rail and return to the tank which is what i did down to -8an.

Filters - I have aeromotives on my car which are -10 and they are great . I used them because i had them . They are p/n 12304 100micron pre filter 12340 10 micron post. I actually changed my post filter to a 40 instead of a 10 to try and make sure i had adequate flow for what im doing. Doing it again id order the weldon filter housings and filters. I use all stainless filter elements no paper unless im in a pinch. With that said the weldons Pre WEQ10100SSN Post - WEQ1010SSN.

Tank - If you're dead set on the 03-04 tank with a single or dual pump the DivisionX setup from leathal for the hat and pumps is the way to go and you don't need the pre filters i needed just a post filter because the pump has the strainer in the tank. . BUT hear me out - Cost of the tank plus 668 dollars for the dual pumps and the pigtail. Now they work alot of guys use them but you always have a risk of a pump failing and not knowing.

My vote is a BBRC tank with an intank weldon 1100a. Its rated for continuous duty , no sump to worry about. I want to say that setup is 1200 or so total with the tank and pump together. Its the same tank irun now just internal which i may do down the road. The tank wouldn’t need the pre filter either .

Any weldon stuff i can refer you to Freezy. He ususally can save a few bucks on any of that.

First, thank you very much for this as it helps on all the areas I have been looking at. They stuff that you picked out are for sure some of the best in the market.

Fuel Rails - I have been looking at difference ones and cant see the difference in them or the reasoning for pricing.
Lines - this one helped a bunch since I liked the red/black line to go with the theme of this build
Regulator - that is the one that I was looking at from your build. What is the bracket you picked up for it?
Filters - this one is the same as above, I have been looking at difference ones and cant see the difference in them or the reasoning for pricing.
Tank - I am looking at the Glens Performance or the ON3 cobra tank. Mainly the Glens due to the upgrades done to it. This is a street/road corse car so need the baffling
Hat - looked at the DivisionX one, but curious on your thoughts of the ON3 hat they have?

I will reach out to you on the referral to Freezy, because I believe I'm going to do the weldon regulator and filter via PM

Rails - behind bars race cars because they machine the rails offset to clear the stock distributor cap and still feed and return from the front and rear .

Regulator - the bracket came from speed factory racing they are a Honda company mainly . But the bracket is a really nice piece .

Tank - I had a Glenn’s and it was ok . I actually have it in my attic but mine was a sleeper with the front feed . Before that I had an Aeromotive 03 cobra style with a drop in a1000 . The BBRC tank is baffled very nice and better then Glenn’s in my opinion . You can’t go wrong either way though again it’s just my opinion and definitely not law . Email BBRC if you want to feel him out for what you’re doing on the tank stuff .

Hat - even though it’s a block of metal soemthings I prefer to spend extra on and fuel system stuff is one of them . I just feel like one is proven over the other as well .
