So firewall grommet showed up which will house the meth controller vac line , new speed sensor and speedo gear , and the bumper hardware with the header panel . I love fresh hardware for parts.

So much little stuff done tonight .

Made up the little harness for the 1/8 npt trans temp sensor .

Replaced the engine harness grommet in the fire wall . Installed a new automatic speedo cable in the fire wall where the clutch cable used to be to house the vac line for the meth controller .

Installed the hardware I got for the rad hold downs . Also installed a new hood prop which I’ll replace the bolt to match the rad hold downs now.

Re made and shortened the oil pressure gauge line using the same black woven line that will be used for everything.

Put the 90 on the power steering line so it runs similar to factory .

Replaced the leaky trans speed sensor and put the correct speedo gear for the aod on it

Replaced the meth nozzles with brand new 625s

Ran the line through the engine bay back to the trunk and added the 1 way check valve . Marked the intake pipe where I want to drill and tap and called it a night .

Wasn't a fan of the black rivet in panels originally, but it actually works pretty well with your color scheme. Looks pretty good I think!

Joe
It works for now I agree . Eventually it will be smooth and body color one day . Budget though so this is what it is . I agree though 1000 percent

One of those radiator covers Kevin (@95steedamustang ) makes would be pretty sweet. Lol :D
Engine bay looks gorgeous buddy- future goals right there
I’ve been around for the last 4 or so motor swaps, this one is my favorite
Thought about the rad cover just not in love with how it sits on the core support . I thought about literally just a cover to cover the top of the rad itself and finish it off.

Tonight’s progress .

Mounted fuel pressure regulator now that I have the last fitting I was waiting on .

Re installed the bumper / header panel brackets now that they are powder coated

Mocked up gas tank and drilled out the front of the cover for the feed line .

Installed sending unit . Return line fitting in top of the tank . And -6 roll over valve .

Removed the old -6 return line . Starting running the new -10 feed line .

After saving a few hundred on my pump because someone opened it and never used it they never sent the bracket it with it . So I ordered what I thought was right and it wasn’t . I want to get it mounted . So I cut the ears
Off . Re drilled it and boom
