Pushing for high 11's, am I close?

Im at 13.7 @ 102.24, this winter is huge needless to say, im doing alot. Winter project is in full effect, ive done the mass air conversion with 30lbers and it runs great, i tore it back down to do heads, and probably a b-21 anderson cam, when thats done new rear end goes in, and then the blower. so anyways add these parts to a 13.7 at 102 w/ 1.94 60ft

Edelbrock Heads 1.90/1.60
Mass Air 75mm w/ 30lbers
255lph
New rear end with 3.73s and 2 wheels spinning instead of 1
B-21 Anderson Cam
Powerdyne Bd11a w 9lbs
Powerpipe
Subframes

And thats it, can 11's be done?

it should be difenitaly good for low 12s maybe touch 11s with 9 psi
who knows thoe i know a car thats almost 650hp and hes running high 11s granted its at at 130mph... but either way goodluck elevens is quit the feeling

Ill have the same exact setup as my cousin except he has a b303 cam, and road racing suspension, and he is at 12.2 at 119

I know a car with 265 rwho running mid 12s, and one with 292 rwhp that went 7.48 (maybe an 11.7 in the 1/4)... It will have the power to do so easily, you have to get it to the track, and get it down the track. My guess is not the first couple of times out, but after tweaking and learning it, it will!
