Hey guys I have no talent when it comes to Fuel injection performance. I recently bought a 87 stang. The guy I bought it from switched the computer over from speed density to MAF. Suposedly the car ran normal then he decided he was going to put 24 lb injectors in it and since then it runs really rich and punchy. Does the MAF meter have to be modified to work with larger injectors? Also the MAP sensor vaccum from the intake was plugged, when i plug it back in it runs cleaner but idles up at 2k . Whats the deal ??????? Can someone please help me out.
