Started a new promotion at work so I am in training for 9 more weeks. Got to talking with a dude in the class. Scored a Accufab 90 for 60 bucks brand new . I ordered the Egr throttle bracket plate as well. Just have to hog the intake from 75-90 . I’m curious to see how much of a restriction the 70 may have been once I get back to the dyno .

Thats a sweet deal... I am going to say the gains will be negligible or hard to quantify as temp and humidity ect can play a role.
I say this because you are using positive pressure across the TB under boost, I have seen guys make 1200hp with a 70mm TB..

That was my thoughts as well just for the price I couldn’t say no . I wasn’t even contemplating doing the swap prior given the cost

90 all polished up and dressed . Intake is going to MCRP end of next week to get opened up and done right . 70 is polished is up for sale on FB as well .

One day I’ll build the rear end for the car that it needs . Piece by piece I have been acquiring stuff . My birthday is next week so my little sister was looking for gift ideas . She also bought me the 9inch ends that are sitting in the box
Mark Williams 1350 yoke - this works with the drive shaft speed sensor collar I have too .

Next will be to make the decision - 33 spline or 35 spline axles so then I can buy a diff for it . I’m thinking 33 spline stuff and a Eaton tru Trac will be more then enough for what I plan on doing . Vs the strange s trac which is big bucks.

I also plan to buy a sonnax front yoke for the drive shaft and at some point have a chromoly one built . That should really be the last weak link in the drive train for this car.

Intake is at MCRP being done as we speak .

What did you use on the Accufab to polish it. I have one on my car thats five years old and it's lost its shine. I have used different things on it, and it makes it worse.
Just mothers and a micro fiber . A few pages back I cleaned up the 70mm on the car the same way and it came back to life real nice .

Cars filthy but it’s out ! 90 mm is on . Definitley more snappy down low at like 2200-3000 it’s way more responsive .
